They provide job skills training, education support, and help with things like childcare and transportation. This program serves young people who are Black, Indigenous, People of Color, women, LGBTQI+, young parents, and those in underserved communities. The program works in New Orleans, Los Angeles, Mexico City, and Mombasa, Kenya to help young people build careers and become financially independent.
