Social Factors of Health Policy Campaign

This campaign works to change policies so communities can better address social factors that affect health, like housing, food access, and social services. The group brought together 40 organizations and experts to create a plan for policy changes. They focus on helping healthcare systems work better with other community services to improve people's overall health and wellbeing.
