Marble Creek Capital Campaign

Habitat for Humanity Montgomery County is raising over $11 million to build a new neighborhood called Marble Creek in West Montgomery County. This campaign will fund the first phase of development including clearing land, building roads, and installing water systems. The neighborhood will have over 200 affordable homes for working families, plus walking trails and parks. Homes will be ready in early 2027.
